Personally I think every single one is great. Joltik, Tepig, Rufflet, and Tirtouga are the best of the best, though.

I agree with you with Joltik, Galvantula has saved my ass too many times to count. I like Tepig but I am not a fan of his evolutions, not even because of type. Rufflet is pretty cool, same with Turtouga. In my opinion the best new mon is Whimsicott, although i do love Sazandora(forget english name), Reuniclus, Krookodile, Conkledurr, and Chandelure(damn you for being considered uber just from DW ability). I am also a big fan of Serperior, although i don't like how good he is after DW

I love Terakion, both its design and its usefulness with great attack and speed. Not many stand out as great but then again not many stand out as terrible.

Stunfisk is by far the best though. End of.
